Staff here are very warm and polite. They also fluently speak a range of languages. Mohammed at reception is accommodating - Customer service is high on the agenda. Food is tasty. House cleaning are good giving a Large bottle of water daily. The rooms are big with comfortable beds, soft towels and bedding, toiletries. Toilets have wash facility. Tv have a wide range of channels. Welfare and safety of customers is paramount. Entertainment team are very good, all staff are extremely friendly, polite, respectful and also professional with a good programme and the beach Bedouin was the most enjoyable. Having Egyptian night in the Bedouin was such an amazing experience. I felt extremely safe at this hotel as a solo female traveller. I would recommend the disco in port galib for a good night of dancing and fun with the entertainment team. Very safe and good music here. Brilliant Layout of the restaurant means there are not long queues for food. Restaurant staff are amazing. I went in Ramadan and the staff ate very professional and also thoughtful. There is also a children play school near the beach . They have really thought about everything and I will definitely recommend this hotel to the everyone. Spa is wonderful and definitely worth a visit. The massages are amazing. Lifeguard on the beach called us over for an impromptu free swim with a family of dolphins on my last day. He whistled to keep them close and is genuinely there to give your experiences that extra touch! Such a star! Internet - brilliant in lobby and pool area. It’s good to have a digital detox when on holiday.

Everything in the hotel was fine except the animation team were exploitative and looking for your money

I recently stayed at Amarina Queen Resort and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine Egyptian kindness and hospitality that truly made this stay special. The staff are outstanding — always warm, polite, and eager to help, often anticipating needs before I even had to ask. A special thank you to Mr Mohammed at the front desk for his constant smile, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The restaurant team was outstanding. Big shout out to Mr Alaa for his incredibly welcoming attitude and outstanding customer service. The food was fantastic — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with a huge variety of options each day to suit every taste. Every meal felt like a new experience, and I always looked forward to what would be on offer next. The pool area is spotless and very well managed — I never once had trouble finding a sun lounger, no matter what time of day I arrived to relax. Although I didn’t join the animation activities, there was a full schedule for those who enjoy entertainment. For divers and snorkelers, the on-site dive centre is a great asset, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help organise your schedule. My room was exactly what I had hoped for — calm, spacious, with a lovely terrace, a large bathroom, and powerful air conditioning. It was the perfect space to unwind. I’m already planning my return in October and genuinely counting the days. I highly recommend Amarina Queen Resort to anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, delicious food, and a relaxing Red Sea getaway

Lovely spacious and clean family room, two rooms adjoining. Food and drinks quality good, beach bar very good, friendly staff with good service, excellent water slides, quad bike trip very good, spa treatments lovely. Gave us a room to use for showers before flights which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

I would like to thank the cleaning staff for keeping the room spotless and for being attentive to any extra requests, such as water or coffee! I really appreciate the beach staff, especially the guys promoting the Spa, with a special mention to Mano! A special performance came from Sofia in the aesthetics department, and the most amazing masseuses were Rawada and ❤️ Marwa! The hotel’s organization, from check-in to check-out, as well as the attention provided by the restaurant staff, was something I truly appreciated!
